Dr Joseph Appolinary RUSANGANWA is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Modern Languages, University of Rwanda. He has been teaching English Linguistics, Listening Skills in English and Kiswahili in the same university from 1996 up to date. He obtained his PhD from the University of Linköping, Sweden, in 2012. The topic of his PhD thesis is: Enhancing Physics Learning through Instruction, Technical Vocabulary and ICT. A Case of Higher Education in Rwanda. His research interests are directed in Language and Linguistics, ELT, ESP, SLA, Educational technology, Multimedia, Instructional technology, Research methods, Curriculum developments and Distance learning.
